Keto Egg and Avocado Wrap

Keto Egg and Avocado Wrap


Step 1. Spread wrap with mayonnaise. Arrange spinach, egg and avocado down one side of the wrap. Season, add tabasco and lime, and then roll to enclose.


  • 1 x 40g Low Carb Keto Wrap
  • 2 Teaspoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 Cup (10g) Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 60g Egg, hard boiled and cut into wedges
  • ¼ Avocado, peeled and cut into wedges (45g)
  • Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Tabasco Sauce, to taste
  • Squeeze of Lime Juice, to taste
