Buying Product

These terms (Terms) along with Our Website terms and Privacy Policy apply to each purchase of products by you on this website (Website). Please ensure you carefully read, understand and agree to these before buying products on the Website. 

When you buy products on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a contract between you and Pharm-a-care Laboratories Pty Ltd (ACN 003 468 219) (we, us, our and similar expressions) 

These Terms, the Our Website terms and Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of New South Wales and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales to resolve any dispute with us, our suppliers or any other legal entity appearing on this Website.


Subject to the following paragraph, we may revise and update these Terms at any time without notice to you. It is important that you regularly review the most up to date version of these Terms, as they will be the Terms on which you buy products on this Website.  

If you are a registered user, we will give you 30 days’ notice of any changes that we make to these Terms. If you object to the amended Terms, your only remedy, other than any remedy which cannot be excluded by law, is to stop using the Website.

Ordering products

Any order placed on this Website by you is an offer by you to buy a product or products at the advertised price plus any delivery costs and other charges specified on this Website at the time you place your order. 

By placing an order on this Website, you are agreeing to pay for, and accept delivery of, the products ordered. 

When you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received it. Your receipt of an order confirmation (whether electronic or otherwise) does not signify our acceptance of your order. Before accepting your order, you agree that we may request further verification or information from you.

We reserve the right at any time following receipt of your order to:

- accept or decline your order and payment for any reason including for unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on the Website, or where we reasonably believe you have not complied with these Terms, Our Website terms or the Privacy Policy; and

- without prior notice to you, supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. 


All prices on the Website are the Recommended Retail Price (RRP), quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of goods and services tax, unless stated otherwise. 

We may promote various coupons, discount codes or weekly specials that offer a discount off the RRP. To qualify for this discount, you must supply a discount code at checkout or buy within the allotted timeframe. You may only use one discount code per purchase and use of a discount code may over-ride or nullify some of the other discounts we may offer such as free shipping, sale prices or volume discounts.


Payment is required at the time of purchase and can only be made using a nominated credit card. All payments are handled by secure payment gateway provider eWay and will appear on your credit card account statement as coming from Pharm-a-care Laboratories Pty Ltd. 

We accept all major credit cards including, Visa and MasterCard and there is no surcharge for using either Visa or Mastercard. However, you must ensure you provide your correct billing details as incorrect information may delay your order. 

If we cannot fulfil your order, some items cannot be shipped or we reject your order, we will refund you accordingly back to the credit card you used for the order. Please be aware that refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.


We process and deliver products Australia wide Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm using Australia. We offer free shipping over $50 with a shipping flat rate of $9.50 under $50 to anywhere within Australia. Orders received outside these hours will be processed the following working day. At this point in time we do not ship to any other countries however, feel free to contact us if you have a special request.

Once we have accepted, processed and packed your order, you will receive an email from us containing an Australia Post tracking number. Please allow at least 1 working day for Australia Post to update the tracking information. 

While most orders to metropolitan areas typically arrive within 5 working days and to our interstate customers within 7 working days, these are indicative delivery times only and we cannot guarantee delivery timing, including for large orders or due to reasons beyond our control. We will not liable to you for any losses, liabilities or costs you incur arising out of late or delayed delivery. 

Australia Post will deliver your order using the name, address and telephone details you provide us with when completing your order. We are not liable for any mis-delivery due to inaccurate delivery details provided by you.

All claims for non-delivery must be received within 30 days from the date we dispatch the order to you. If we do not hear from you within those 30 days, you agree you cannot make any claim against us for non-delivery and must instead pursue your claim with Australian Post.  

1. Returns

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the products you purchase from us and strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, FatBlaster will accept returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where:

- The product is damaged, or

- The product is faulty, and

- You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

FatBlaster may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

FatBlaster reserves the right not to offer an exchange, or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect by you.

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

2. Clearance/ Sale

All sale items are final and are not eligible for a refund unless faulty or damaged.

All products are available on a first come first serve basis. FatBlaster does not guarantee the availability of any specific product.

3. Problems With Delivery or Shipping

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at to assess the damage and work out a solution.

You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

4. Changes to this Returns Policy

Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
