Stir Fry Pork and Mushrooms

Method
Step 1. Toss pork in cornflour. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a non-stick frypan and stir fry for 4 minutes or until pale golden. Remove and set aside.
Step 2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in the pan and stir fry the peas and garlic for 1 minute, remove and set aside.
Step 3. Heat the remaining oil and stir fry the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes. Return the pork and peas and add the remaining ingredients. Stir fry for a further 2 minutes to combine. Serve over noodles.

- 150g pork fillet, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 3 teaspoons oil
- 12 snow peas (36g), trimmed
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 small (75g) Swiss Brown mushrooms, sliced
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 50g rice noodles, cooked as per packet directions
