Stir Fry Pork and Mushrooms

Stir Fry Pork and Mushrooms

Method

Step 1. Toss pork in cornflour. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a non-stick frypan and stir fry for 4 minutes or until pale golden. Remove and set aside.

Step 2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in the pan and stir fry the peas and garlic for 1 minute, remove and set aside.

Step 3. Heat the remaining oil and stir fry the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes. Return the pork and peas and add the remaining ingredients. Stir fry for a further 2 minutes to combine. Serve over noodles.

  • 150g Pork Fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon Cornflour
  • 3 Teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 12 Snow Peas (36g), trimmed
  • 1 Clove Garlic, crushed
  • 3 Small (75g) Swiss Brown Mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 50g Rice noodles, cooked as per packet directions
