Smashed Avocado Toast

Smashed Avocado Toast


Step 1. Scoop the avocado onto the toast and roughly mash with a fork. Squeeze over a little lemon juice and season. Top with radish and sprinkle over herbs.


  • ¼ (45g) avocado
  • 1 slice (35g) wholegrain or dark rye, toasted
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 small radish (2g), cut into matchstick strips
  • Pea shoots, sprouts or soft herbs, for sprinkling
