Smashed Avocado Toast

Smashed Avocado Toast


Step 1. Scoop the avocado onto the toast and roughly mash with a fork. Squeeze over a little lemon juice and season. Top with radish and sprinkle over herbs.


  • ¼ (45g) Avocado
  • 1 slice (35g) Wholegrain or Dark Rye, toasted
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Small Radish (2g), cut into matchstick strips
  • Pea Shoots, Sprouts or Soft Herbs, for sprinkling
