Smashed Avocado Toast

Method
Step 1. Scoop the avocado onto the toast and roughly mash with a fork. Squeeze over a little lemon juice and season. Top with radish and sprinkle over herbs.

- Squeeze of Lemon Juice
- Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 Small Radish (2g), cut into matchstick strips
- Pea Shoots, Sprouts or Soft Herbs, for sprinkling
