Hot Smoked Salmon Noodle Bowl

This recipe is dairy-free. With an optional change it could also be gluten-free.

Hot Smoked Salmon Noodle Bowl


Step 1. Cook the cellophane noodles in boiling water as per packet directions. Two minutes before they are cooked through, add the broccolini and asparagus to the saucepan. When noodles are just tender, drain and rinse under cool water.

Step 2. Gently toss together noodles and vegetables with salmon, spring onion, dressing and soy. Serve with sriracha sauce and a squeeze of lime juice.


  • 50g Cellophane Noodles or Glass Noodles
  • 6 Stems Broccolini (80g), cut into 4-5cm lengths
  • 4 Spears Asparagus (64g), cut into 4-5cm lengths
  • 50g Hot Smoked Salmon, flaked
  • 1 Spring Onion (10g), cut into thin strips
  • 1 Tablespoon Reduced Fat French Dressing
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • Sriracha Sauce, to taste
  • Lime, for serving
