  • 9 Quarters (75g) Drained, Bottled in Brine Artichoke Hearts
  • 5 Button Mushrooms (60g), halved
  • 8 Oak Leaf Lettuce Leaves (30g)
  • 7 Green Beans (30g), cooked until just tender and cut in half
  • 5 Baby Bocconcini (25g)
  • 2 Teaspoons Parsley or Basil Leaves, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Reduced Fat French Dressing
  • Freshly Black Pepper, to taste
