Chicken Noodle Bowl


Step 1. Gently toss together all the ingredients to combine.

Step 2. Serve with a squeeze of lime and a dash of soy.


  • 2 x 55g Chicken Tenderloins, grilled and sliced diagonally
  • 50g Rice Noodles, cooked as per packet directions
  • 1 Small Red Capsicum, thinly sliced (50g)
  • 3 Baby Corn Cobs (30g), blanched and halved lengthways
  • 1 Spring Onion, sliced diagonally
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Mint Leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Reduced Fat French Dressing
  • Lime, for serving
  • Soy Sauce, for serving
