Pastrami Salad

Method
Step 1. Gently toss together the beetroot, capsicum, pastrami, bocconcini, spinach, onion and dressing. Spoon grain mix into a serving bowl and top with salad.
Tip: Remaining grains may be frozen in an airtight container for future use.

- 3 Small Beetroot (180g), sliced
- 4 Small Roasted Red Capsicum (80g), sliced
- 4 Thin Slices (50g) Gluten-Free Pastrami
- 6 Baby Bocconcini (30g)
- 1/3 Cup (10g) Baby Spinach
- 2 Thin Slices Red Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Reduced Fat French Dressing
- 2/3 cup (66g) Microwave Gluten-Free 7 Ancient Grain Mix
- Ground Black Pepper, to taste
