Being an older mum with a 3 month old and a 19 month old toddler getting into shape was essential just for me to be able to keep up with them. Before I had kids I would be puffing when I ran a few minutes. Now I have a toddler that loves  a never ending game of chasy and I don't want to ever say no to him because nothing makes him laugh so hard. The chocolate shakes are my favourite fat blaster product , especially before our morning walk. I already weigh less then I did before i got pregnant and I love that feeling. Especially when your gym pants constantly fall down.
