From 129kg to 78kg — it feels like I’ve taken my life back.
I spent my teen years struggling with weight, confidence, and energy. Now, heading into my 20s, I’m finally fit, focused, and genuinely happy. I can be more effective at work, show up for others, and most importantly, for myself.
